Formula
1 Grand Prix
For the
third straight year, Formula 1's Miami Grand Prix race
(May 3 -5) is being held on a state-of-the-art course built on parking lots
adjacent to Hard Rock Stadium. Make no mistake: This is no simple drive through
a sea of concrete. The 19-turn track winds past a beach, a marina, palm trees,
11 grandstands and countless fan zones. And it will feature the world's best
drivers speeding by so close, you'll almost see the excitement in their eyes.
Formula
1 differs from other auto racing not just in the types of cars used but also in
the scene surrounding it. Hospitality tents, celebrities and weekend-long
parties accompany the circuit. It's a natural fit in the country's biggest
event destination. The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is a three-day
event. On Friday, May 3, drivers will practice on the Miami
International Autodrome, which winds around Hard Rock Stadium. Saturday
brings more practice and qualifying, and Sunday is the day of the main race and
the biggest parties.

America
The CONMEBOL
Copa America is coming to Miami June 23 – July 14. The world's
oldest international soccer tournament will bring 16 teams to the United States
for its 48th edition, and Hard Rock Stadium will host two group stage
matches in June as well as the final on July 14. Some of the sport's best
players and passionate fans from all over will descend upon Greater Miami for
three exciting days of international competition.
In
2024, competing teams will include the 10 member countries of the Confederación
Sudamericana de Fútbol (CONMEBOL): Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia,
Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. The tournament will also
include six teams from the Confederation of North, Central America and
Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF). This year, those will be Jamaica,
Mexico, Panama, the United States and two to-be-determined countries.

World Cup Invitational
Miami
became the home of the world's richest thoroughbred horse race in 2017 when the
first Pegasus World Cup Invitational was held
at Gulfstream Park in
Hallandale Beach which is only 15 minute car ride from Sunny Isles Miami.
The annual race held in January features 12 horses racing for $16 million,
attracting the best horses and owners from around the world and offering fans a
horse racing experience like none other.

your calendars for when FIFA World Cup 26™ lights up Miami, starting June 13,
2026 and continuing through the tournament final on July 19, 2026. From the
electric atmosphere to the unforgettable moments, prepare to be swept away by
the energy and passion of the beautiful game. The 2026 World Cup will be
held in cities across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Miami was one of 16
U.S. locations that bid to host matches.
The Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens will host up to six matches. Aside from being home to the Miami Dolphins, the stadium is well-known among international soccer fans. It was built according to FIFA specifications and has hosted several marquee international matches over the years. Most notably, it was the site of a 2017 edition of El Clásico. This matchup between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona was the highest-grossing soccer match ever to take place in North America.
